Made with elderflower liqueur, some bright and bubbly prosecco, and a dash of simple syrup, it’s sweetly, sparklingly delicious. For a fun touch, you can add some sugared berries and fresh herbs to top it off — but those are strictly optional.
Elderflower liquor is made from white elderflowers, and it gives drinks a floral, fruity flavor. It’s also extremely versatile and pairs well with with a variety of herbs and spices as well as different types of alcohol like gin and vodka. You can even use it in baked goods, such as cakes.
