Ingredients
Santa-Tinis
- 1 tsp. light corn syrup
- ¼ cup white decorating sugar
- ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 8 oz. half-and-half
- 6 oz. chocolate-flavored liqueur, such as dark crème de cacao
- 3 oz. vodka
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 4 candy-cane sticks
- 4 Oreo Fudge Ring cookies
Rudolph-Tinis
- 1 tsp. light corn syrup
- ¼ cup red decorating sugar
- 16 oz. pomegranate juice
- 4 oz. orange-flavored liqueur, such as triple sec
- 4 oz. vodka
- 8 drops red liquid food coloring
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 4 red gumdrops
- 4 swizzle sticks
Instructions
Santa-Tinis
- Brush rims of 4 martini glasses with corn syrup; roll in sugar. Drizzle inside of each glass with chocolate; let harden. In cocktail shaker, combine half-and-half, liqueur, vodka and ice. Cover; shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glasses. Garnish with candy canes and cookies.
Rudolph-Tinis
- Brush rims of 4 martini glasses with corn syrup; roll in sugar. In cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, liqueur, vodka, food coloring and ice. Cover; shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glasses. Garnish with gumdrops skewered on swizzle sticks.
