Peppermint Twist
Crushed candy cane and peppermint schnapps make this pretty-in-pink drink even more creamy cool.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. vodka
- 1 Tbs. finely crushed candy cane
- ¼ tsp. mint extract
- 4 oz. peppermint schnapps
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- Red liquid food coloring
- Candy canes
- Mint sprigs
Instructions
- In cocktail shaker, combine vodka, crushed candy cane and extract; muddle until candy cane dissolves and flavors blend.
- Add schnapps, ice, cream and tiny drop of food coloring; cover. Shake until well chilled, about 30 sec. Divide between glasses. Garnish with candy canes and mint springs.
