Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. boneless pork butt
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ⅓ cup white vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. packed dark brown sugar
  • 8 kaiser rolls, split
  • 2⅔ cups shredded purple cabbage

Instructions

Place pork in slow cooker. Mix next 4 ingredients and ½ tsp. salt; spoon over pork. Cover; cook on low 12 hrs. Transfer pork to bowl; using 2 forks, shred meat. Skim fat from slow cooker. Mix pork and ½ cup sauce. Fill rolls with cabbage and pork. Serve with sauce.
