Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
- 1 cup maple syrup
- ½ cup Neufchâtel cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup lemon curd
- 1 (15 oz.) loaf French bread, sliced
- 2¼ cups prepared eggnog
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- In pot, bring 1¼ cups berries and syrup to a boil. Let simmer 20 min. Chill until needed.
- Mix cheese and curd; spread on bread. Arrange bread in greased pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining berries. In bowl, mix last 4 ingredients. Reserve ⅓ cup custard; chill until needed. Pour remaining custard over bread. Cover; chill overnight.
- Pour reserved custard over bread; cover. Set oven to 375°F. When oven is fully heated, bake 30 min. Remove foil; bake 10 min. or until done. Serve with berry sauce.
