Just 4 ingredients is all it takes to make these so-easy bites
1 (5.2 oz.) pkg. shallot-chive cheese spread, such as Boursin, at room temp.
1 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed, strings removed
Lemon zest curls and peas (optional)
- In bowl, combine cheese spread, milk and thyme. If desired, spoon mixture into pastry bag fitted with plain round tip (such as Wilton #10).
- Using knife, make incision along top seam of each snap pea to make a pocket. Pipe or spoon cheese mixture into pods. Cover and chill until ready to serve. If desired, garnish with lemon curls and peas.
