Bacon adds smoky mmm to this side that comes together in a flash.
- ¾ cup mayonnaise, such as Hellmann’s/Best Foods
- 3 Tbs. white vinegar
- 6 cups broccoli florets, cut into 2”x1½” pieces (about 12 oz.)
- 2 Tbs. chopped red onion
- 4 slices cooked bacon, cut into 1” pieces
- ⅓ cup salted sunflower seeds or toasted chopped pecans
In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, ¼ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. pepper. In bowl, mix broccoli, onion and bacon. Add mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat. Cover; chill at least 1 hr. before serving. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds or chopped pecans.
