Bacon-Kissed Three-Cheese Macaroni

  • 12 oz. dried macaroni
  • ½ stick butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 9 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs


  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Cook macaroni as package directs; drain. Coat 9″ x 13″ casserole dish with cooking spray. 
  2. In large pot over medium heat, melt butter; whisk in flour. Add milk; let simmer 10 min., whisking often. Stir in cheeses; fold in macaroni. Pour into prepared dish; sprinkle top with bacon and bread crumbs. Bake 15 min.
