Creamy avocado, crunchy bacon and zingy feta combine to deliver tempting tastes and textures to every bite.
5 slices bacon
½ head iceberg lettuce, sliced (8 oz.)
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup seasoned croutons
1 (7 oz.) can solid white tuna in water, drained
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
½ cup bottled creamy Caesar salad dressing
- In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon, turning once, until crisp, about 8 min.; drain on paper towels. When cool, break bacon into 1″ pieces.
- Arrange lettuce on serving platter; top with avocado and tomatoes. Sprinkle with croutons, tuna, feta cheese, parsley and bacon.
- Drizzle salad with dressing or serve on the side.
