Rosemary-Garlic Steak Fries Recipe: The Perfect Smoky + Herby Side

A spice blend with smoked paprika makes these crispy-outside, tender-inside spuds even tastier.

Hot and crunchy French fries always steal the show at the dinner table. This is especially true for this Rosemary-Garlic Steak Fries recipe, which is full of smoky and earthy flavors. The fries are made using fingerling potatoes that are cut into even sticks and tossed in olive oil and a blend of seasonings. Once coated, the fries are cooked in the air fryer for around 15 minutes. The end result is a batch of crispy, tender and flavorful fries that we love dipping into a 2-ingredient spicy ketchup. (And if you happen to have leftovers, check out our handy guide for how to reheat fries.)

These fries are a great side to enjoy with a burger or steak, but they can easily be eaten as a salty and crunchy snack. Fingerling potatoes are used for these fries as they have a rich and nutty flavor. However, you can swap in a similar variety like Yukon gold in a pinch. The amount of each seasoning can also be adjusted to your liking. Share your favorite dipping sauce for delicious fries in the comments below!
