- 3 fl oz. carrot juice
- 1 fl oz. Grapefruit Sparkling Ice
- 1 fl oz. ginger liqueur
- 1 fl oz. mezcal
- Pinch of salt
- Carrot greens for garnish
In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine carrot juice, Grapefruit Sparkling Ice, ginger liqueur, mezcal, and salt. Shake to combine and strain into a glass. Garnish with carrot greens and serve.
