- 1 cup lemon juice
- 3 Tbs. superfine sugar
- 8 sprigs rosemary
- ¾ cup whiskey
- ¼ cup frozen lemon juice concentrate
- Club soda
- In pot, combine lemon juice, sugar, 4 sprigs rosemary and 4 cups water; over medium heat, bring mixture to a simmer. Cook until sugar dissolves and flavors blend, 5-8 min., stirring. Remove rosemary.
- Transfer mixture to measuring cup with pouring spout; cool. Chill.
- Add whiskey and juice concentrate; divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Top each with club soda. Garnish with remaining rosemary sprigs.
