Holiday Ho-Ho Oreos

Ingredients

• 2½ cups white chocolate chips
• 3 Tbs. oil
• Red and green oil-based concentrated food colorings for candy 
• 12 Oreo cookies
• Christmas and white nonpareil sprinkles
• White sprinkle
• Sno-Cap candies 
• ¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
• Round pink confetti sprinkles

Instructions

1. Line rimmed baking sheet with wax paper; top with rack. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1½ cups white chocolate chips on High in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted. Stir in 1 Tbs. oil until smooth. Transfer 2 Tbs. to plastic sandwich bag; snip ⅛” hole from one corner. Reserve bag and remaining melted white chocolate.   
2. In each of two separate microwave-safe bowls, microwave ½ cup of remaining white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted. Stir 1 Tbs. oil into each bowl. With food coloring, tint one bowl red and one bowl green. Transfer to separate plastic sandwich bags; snip ⅛” hole from one corner of each bag. Reserve.
3. Working with one cookie at a time, coat top and side with reserved white chocolate in bowl, spreading with small spatula and allowing excess to drip off. Transfer to rack on pan. Immediately pipe lines of tinted chocolate over cookies and lightly drag toothpick across lines in alternating directions to create feathered look. Let dry slightly. Dip bottom of cookie into nonpareils to coat edge. Repeat with 5 more cookies.
4. Coat remaining cookies with white chocolate. Pipe red chocolate over top of cookies to make hats; sprinkle with sprinkles or nonpareils. Attach Sno-Cap candy to end of hat. For beards and mustaches, pipe on reserved white chocolate. Transfer semisweet chocolate to plastic sandwich bag; snip ⅛” hole from one corner. Pipe on Santa faces. For noses, attach confetti sprinkles.
