Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temp.
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, at room temp.
- 2/3 cup caramel sauce, such as Ghirardelli
- 3 Tbs. half-and-half
- 2 tsp. coffee extract
- 1 cup pecan pieces
Instructions
PrintHeat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9” square baking pan with cooking spray. Line the bottom with parchment paper; coat with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 14”×9” rectangle; top with sugar mixture. Roll up jelly-roll style. Cut crosswise into 12 pieces.
Combine the next 3 ingredients; spread in the pan. Top with pecans, then rolls, cut side up. Cover; let rise in a warm place, 45 min. Bake 25 min. Let cool 10 min. Invert onto serving plate.
