Lisa Rinna Shares Her Go-To Drugstore Beauty Buys and Simple Secret to 24 Years of Marriage

Tags:

Lisa Rinna is known for her bold, over-the-top personality, but even she likes to enjoy the simpler things in life. For example, she recently shared a few of her favorite drugstore beauty buys with us — and the relatable key to her long-lasting marriage to actor Harry Hamlin.

When it comes to budget-friendly beauty, Rinna tells us she likes “any kind of mask, really. A clay mask, a mud mask, any kind of moisturizing mask.” Two of her favorite drugstore brands are Neutrogena and Aveeno. Although she didn’t us give specifics, we can imagine she’s picked up the Neutrogena Moisturizing Hydro Boost Hydrating Face Mask (Buy at Walmart, $2.68) and at least one of the Aveeno Facial Oat Mask Trio (Buy at Walmart, $18.70).

Of course, as anyone who’s tuned in to watch Rinna on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills knows, she also likes to indulge in more luxurious skincare products. She loves the True Botanicals Moisture Mask (Buy on Amazon, $65) and Dr. Lancer Dermatology Caviar Lime Acid Peel (Buy on Amazon, $95).

She recently launched her own line of cosmetics with a collection of Rinna Beauty lip kits and lipsticks. “I want everyone to have fun and really explore whoever they want to be,” she says in the latest issue of our print magazine. “It’s all about staying authentic to who you are — what you wear, how you live, and what you put out into the world!”

Aside from all her beauty intel, we couldn’t help but ask Rinna about how she and her handsome husband have kept their marriage so strong over the last 24 years. “Harry and I are complete opposites,” she says. “I think the reason our relationship works so well is we’re both interested in what the other is doing or interested in. That, and mutual respect. You have to respect your partner.”

Rinna adds that Hamlin’s skills in the kitchen also help keep things happy. “I don’t cook,” she says with a laugh. “Harry cooks and makes the best food ever, like chicken piccata and spaghetti bolognese. He’s the best chef so I’m very spoiled.”

Be sure to pick up a copy of our print magazine (Buy on newsstands now or on Amazon, $16.97 for a year’s subscription) to hear more from Rinna!
