“If you love the peanut butter-and-chocolate combo like me, this is a winner. It’s also super easy,” says country music singer Martina McBride, who adds butterscotch to these bars for an extra-special touch.
Here’s Martina’s scrumptious recipe*:
2/3 cup unsalted butter
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1. Melt butter in pan over low; stir in peanut butter. Add next 2 ingredients; press into greased 13" × 9" baking pan.
2. Microwave last 2 ingredients to melt, stirring. Spread in pan. Chill 45 min.
Active time: 15 min.
Total time: 1 hr.
