It's common for parents to feel nervous about taking their babies on a plane for the first time. No matter how well behaved their little ones are on the ground, it's tough to predict how they'll react to being several thousand feet in the air in a cramped space surrounded by strangers. Unsurprisingly, parents often feel like they have to apologize for their children being... well, children.
But when one mom and dad took their first flight with their 18-month-old twins, they DIDN'T apologize to the passengers. They did something even better.

As passenger Christina Galese wrote in a viral post on Love What Matters, these parents passed around little plastic bags to every passenger around them. The bags were filled with pieces of chocolate--and earplugs. Also included was a sweet note explaining that it was the little girls' first flight and that they hope the goodies helped in case they misbehaved.

And according to Galese, the twins turned out to be the most "well-behaved little girls ever."
She wrote, "I never had to reach for the ear plugs once--the only time I opened the bag was to have a piece of chocolate. I hope this family has the most wonderful vacation!"
So do we! They certainly deserve it.
