  1. Mix honey, olive oil, water, and yeast in a big bowl. Let the mixture sit five minutes.
  2. Combine whole grains and beans, then grind using a flour mill or blender.
  3. Add the grain and bean mixture to the yeast blend. The dough will be very sticky. 
  4. Transfer the dough to a proper pan and let it rise for 45 minutes.
  5. Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake your bread for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is browned. 
  6. Let cool and enjoy.
