Melissa Gotthardt is a heath reporter and editorial researcher for Woman’s World and First for Women who focuses on integrative health and nutrition. She previously served as a researcher at Prevention and research director at Men’s Health, and participated in Rodale book projects including The Doctor’s Book of Home Remedies, Save Three Lives and The Earth Care Annual series.
