Studded with plenty of chocolate chips and laced with a generous spoonful of peanut butter, they’re two classic cookies combined in one tasty treat. (The recipe calls for as much peanut butter as plain butter, so you know they’re not messing around that with nutty taste we all love.)
It’s as simple as mixing the ingredients together, setting out four balls of dough on a microwave-safe plate, and digging in when they’re still hot and gooey. Depending on the size of your plate, the cookies may merge together into one giant sweet. You can either cut out smaller cookies like they do in the video below, or call it one serving and enjoy as-is (our preferred method).
