A cinnamon-orange glaze transforms this ham into a delicious centerpiece for your Easter feast
1 large orange, zested and juiced
1/3 cup *honey Dijon dressing, *like Ken’s
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. onion powder
1 semi-boneless smoked ham (5 lbs.)
1 cup apple juice
Heat oven to 350°F. In bowl, mix 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 tsp. orange zest and next 5 ingredients; spread half over ham. Place ham in roasting pan.
Add apple juice to pan; cover. Bake 1 hr. or until golden, uncovering and brushing with half remaining glaze after 30 min. Transfer ham to platter.
Skim fat from drippings. In saucepot, bring drippings and remaining glaze to a boil. Let simmer 7 min. or until reduced by one-third; serve with ham.
