1 pkg. (1 lb., 2 oz.) brownie mix, like Duncan Hines
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
1 qt. vanilla frozen yogurt, like Turkey Hill
1 cup fat-free hot-fudge sauce, heated
1 1/2 cups low-fat whipped topping
1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
2. Using foil, lift and remove brownie from pan. Peel foil off brownie. Transfer brownie to serving platter.
3. Arrange scoops of frozen yogurt on brownie. Drizzle with heated hot-fudge sauce. Top with dollops of whipped topping and strawberries. Garnish with chocolate curls and additional pecans, if desired. Serve immediately or freeze until needed.
