This delicious make-ahead dish is perfect for when you want to serve a favorite that’s sure to please kids and adults alike, but don’t want to stand over a griddle all morning
2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
1 cup maple syrup
1⁄2 cup Neufchâtel cheese, softened
1⁄3 cup lemon curd
1 (15 oz.) loaf French bread, sliced
2 1⁄4 cups prepared eggnog
3 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 large** eggs**
2. Mix cheese and curd; spread on bread. Arrange bread in greased pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining berries. In bowl, mix last 4 ingredients. Reserve 1⁄3 cup custard; chill until needed. Pour remaining custard over bread. Cover; chill overnight.
3. Pour reserved custard over bread; cover. Set oven to 375°F. When oven is fully heated, bake 30 min. Remove foil; bake 10 min. or until done. Serve with berry sauce.
