Pumpkin-Spice Rum Latte

Our pie-inspired coffeehouse creation gets a splash of dark rum to make it even more irresistible.

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup hot, strongly brewed coffee
  • 2 Tbs. canned pumpkin
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • ⅛ tsp. pumpkin pie spice + additional
  • 2 Tbs. dark rum, optional
  • Sweetened whipped cream


  1. In heatproof microwave-safe mug, stir together milk, coffee, pumpkin, sugar and ⅛ tsp. pumpkin pie spice until smooth. 
  2. Microwave in 30-sec. intervals until hot, about 1 min. total. If desired, stir in dark rum. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
