Stacked Peanut Butter & Caramel Brownies

These ooey-gooey from-scratch delights take just 15 minutes to prep.

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 4 cups chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup caramel dip
- ½ cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. In a heatproof bowl, microwave butter and 1 cup of chips for 1 min. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, granulated sugar, baking powder, and flour. Pour into parchment-lined 8″ dish. Bake for 30 min. Let cool.
- With the mixer on medium-low, beat peanut butter and powdered sugar. Spread over brownies. Top with caramel and ½ the peanuts. Chill 10 min.
- In a heatproof bowl, microwave the remaining chips for 1 min. Pour over brownies. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top. Chill 30 min. Cut into squares.
