Stacked Peanut Butter & Caramel Brownies

These ooey-gooey from-scratch delights take just 15 minutes to prep.

  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup caramel dip
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts


  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In a heatproof bowl, microwave butter and 1 cup of chips for 1 min. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, granulated sugar, baking powder, and flour. Pour into parchment-lined 8″ dish. Bake for 30 min. Let cool.
  2. With the mixer on medium-low, beat peanut butter and powdered sugar. Spread over brownies. Top with caramel and ½ the peanuts. Chill 10 min.
  3. In a heatproof bowl, microwave the remaining chips for 1 min. Pour over brownies. Sprinkle remaining peanuts on top. Chill 30 min. Cut into squares.
