This Christmas Spice Drops Recipe Will Make Your Holidays Sparkle — So Sweet + Easy

These snowball cookies get a seasonal upgrade with infused pumpkin pie spice and a touch of glitter.

‘Tis the season for festive cookies! If you’ve been dreaming of a sweet holiday treat, you’ll love this Christmas spice drops recipe. We’ve taken store-bought sugar cookie dough and infused it pumpkin pie spice and ground cloves. They’re delightfully sugary, golden and dusted with a powdered sugar coating plus a sprinkle of edible glitter. These bite-sized delights make the perfect addition to your holiday cookie platter or a delightful homemade gift. But the best part? They take only 20 minutes (just like these delicious Black and White Cookies)! And with the pre-made base, you can whip up a batch in no time.

When making this Christmas spice drops recipe, chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This prevents the cookies from spreading. Tell us your favorite holiday cookie recipe below! And try our recipe for Peppermint Candy Canes.
