Danica Uzelac

Danica Uzelac RN, BSN, CCRC is a “lifer” at Chicago’s Rush University Medical Center, starting her nursing career there in 1991- although she has ventured out on a few travel nurse expeditions over the years. Danica is also a freelance writer at Big Apple Health Communications, an active partner in the national award-winning Boat Safe Chicago project, and a mom to two very cool teenagers. She is based in Chicago, IL, and Holland, MI.
