Using any standard box of cake mix--from German chocolate to Funfetti--and adding vegetable oil and eggs, you can make super soft and chewy cookies that channel celebrations. We’re highly in favor of jazzing them up with chocolate chips or shredded coconut since you’ll save time on collecting and mixing ingredients. A couple sprinkles of add-ins will make them feel downright decadent--no fork required.
