Here’s the simple recipe:
3⁄4** cup chopped fresh strawberries **
3⁄4** cup fresh raspberries**
3 Tbs. strawberry or raspberry preserves
11⁄4** cups vanilla Greek yogurt**
In bowl, mash strawberries, raspberries and preserves until thoroughly combined but still slightly chunky. Swirl in vanilla yogurt. Transfer to pitcher with a pour spout. Carefully pour mixture into 81⁄4 cup capacity Popsicle molds, leaving a little space on top to allow for expansion. Insert Popsicle sticks; cover and freeze at least 6 hrs. or overnight. To unmold, fill a saucepan with warm water; dip each mold 20 to 30 sec.
