Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbs. shortening
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 4 candy canes, crushed
- 2 Tbs. green sprinkles
- 1 cup red and/or green M&M’s candies
Instructions
- Line 13”x9” baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2”. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave dark chocolate chips in 15-sec. intervals, stirring, until melted, about 2 min. total. Stir in shortening, mixing until melted; spread in pan. Chill until firm, about 2 hrs.
- In microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate chips in 15-sec. intervals, stirring, until melted, about 2 min. If desired, transfer to pastry bag fitted with small plain tip; pipe or, using spoon, drizzle white chocolate over chilled dark chocolate. Top with crushed candy canes, sprinkles and chocolate candies. Chill until set, 30 min. Break up into large pieces.
