Sweet and Savory Nectarine Pork Chops Recipe Preps in Just 10 Minutes

Fruity topping adds sweetness and crunch to the smoky grilled meat in this quick-prep supper.

Meaty chops pair perfectly with juicy fruit in our delicious nectarine pork chops recipe. The fruit adds sweetness to the savory, smoky grilled pork, creating a rich, deep flavor.

For this dish, we toss together a relish with the chopped nectarines and some zesty lime juice, adding radish and scallions for crunch and tang, and mint for a refreshing finish. Next, the chops are coated with apple-wood seasoning rub and grilled, then brushed with marinade and served topped with the nectarine mixture. With just 10 minutes of prep, the dish is quick and easy enough to make for weeknight dinners or an impromptu get-together with friends on the weekend. (For a fun twist, considering swapping nectarine for a hybrid fruit like “peacharines”.)
