Mustard-Glazed Meatloaf
We used two kinds of meat to make this loaf extra-flavorful, while a hint of mustard gives it a little kick.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup spicy brown mustard, divided
- ¼ cup ketchup
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. In bowl, mix together first 9 ingredients and 1⁄4 cup mustard. Season with salt and pepper; press into 9″ x 5″ loaf pan. Combine remaining mustard and ketchup; brush on top of meatloaf.
- Bake 1 hr. or until no longer pink in center. Broil 2 min. or until browned, if desired.
