Layered Strawberry Delight Recipe Is a 6-Ingredient Fluffy Treat for Any Occasion

We can’t think of a better light and dreamy dessert than this Layered Strawberry Delight recipe. It features creamy, mousse-like strawberry gelatin topped with homemade whipped cream and white chocolate shavings. What you end up with is a sweet and tart treat worth enjoying at the end of any meal. The best part about this dessert is that it’s low-effort but high-reward since you can prep it in 25 minutes and then just allow it to chill for a few hours before serving.

You can customize this dessert with other flavored gelatin such as cherry, apricot or pineapple, and garnish it with the fresh fruit. Make this dessert the day before by covering each portion with plastic wrap so it’s directly touching the gelatin’s surface. This ensures that a chewy film doesn’t form on top of the dessert as it cools. Tell us in the comments if you’ll try this dessert!
