Double-Chocolate Peppermint Bark
Utterly irresistible and incredibly easy, this candy cane-studded sweet is a cinch to create with just three ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips
- 2 (11 oz.) pkgs. white chocolate chips
- Crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Line 13”x9” baking pan with enough foil to overhang long sides by 2”. In large microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 pkg. bittersweet chocolate chips in 1-min. intervals, stirring, until melted and smooth. Stir in remaining bittersweet chocolate chips until mixture is completely smooth. If necessary, microwave in 10-sec. intervals to re-warm. Spread in pan. Refrigerate until just firm, 20-30 min.
- In large clean microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 pkg. white chocolate chips in 30-sec. intervals, stirring, until melted and smooth. Stir in remaining white chocolate chips until mixture is completely smooth. If necessary, microwave in 10-sec. intervals to re-warm. Spread over bittersweet chocolate in pan.
- Immediately sprinkle candy over white chocolate; lightly press into chocolate. Refrigerate until firm, 1 hr. Using foil, lift bark from pan; discard foil. Break into pieces. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
