This Easy Crème Brûlée Recipe Brings Parisian Elegance to Your Dessert Table

Our creamy custard bakes perfectly in a slow cooker!

Impress your guests after dinner by whipping up this easy crème brûlée recipe. A classic French dessert, it uses just 4 ingredients: heavy cream, egg yolks, vanilla extract and sugar. You’ll love the smooth and decadent custard base with that iconic layer of caramelized sugar. We promise it will shatter with a satisfying spoon crack. Plus, you don’t even need a torch. Just turn your slow cooker up to high and watch your custards broil perfectly!

Whether you have a special occasion or just want to treat yourself, you can easily make this at home. Before serving, top with fresh raspberries and blueberries for a fruity pop or zest them with citrus.

To make this crème brûlée recipe, we recommend drizzling the hot cream slowly into the egg mixture. This prevents the eggs from scrambling.
