One-Pan Beef Stir-Fry Recipe Is Delicious Way to Use Up Steak Leftovers — Ready in 20 Minutes

Teriyaki sauce helps give this dish bold flavors

We’ve all been there: You’ve got a fridge full of leftovers that you should eat, but it’s just not that appealing. You tell yourself not to let the food go to waste, yet all you want to do is order takeout. Well, here’s a solution to both: Our Beef Stir-Fry recipe is a clever and delicious way to use up leftover steak and get all the flavors you crave from your favorite takeout. Even better? It’s ready in just 20 minutes.

We started with leftover London broil, but any cooked meat would work well. Then we packed this dish full of hearty vegetables and tasty teriyaki sauce. We use spinach and peppers in ours, but broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini would all work nicely as well. And there’s more perks than that: You can cook this all in one pan, so that means no messy cleanup to deal with once you’re finished eating. Let us know what you think in the comments!
