They also add ingredients like garlic, lime, cilantro, and other spices, but you can get creative with your favorite flavors. Be sure to scrape all of the green goodness from the avocado, especially the extra-nutritious parts clinging to the peel.
Just toss everything into a food processor and pulse until totally blended, then spread that out onto parchment paper and roll it up into a log.
