Because they have all the money in the world to throw at doctors for fancy diet treatments and personal trainers, it might be wise to take a celebrity’s weight loss trick with a grain of salt. But these weight-loss tricks are so out there that they just might work.
For as long as we can remember, we’ve been told that a healthy diet and exercise were the key to losing weight. But what if we’ve been going about it all wrong? What if a whiff of grapefruit oil were the key to losing weight fast? Or bringing a toothbrush with us to restaurants? Heck, what if painting our room a certain color could get rid of our cravings?
Well, according to household names like Matthew McConaughey and Heidi Klum, it really might just be as simple as that. While we’re not totally convinced, we don’t want to say no right off the bat. Whatever floats your boat, right? And, let’s face it, exercising pretty much stinks, so if there’s a way to lose weight without exercise, we’re willing to give it a go! Say bye-bye to jogging and hello to epsom salt baths.
