If there’s anything that makes us feel more unaccomplished, it’s watching seriously talented kids doing things that we could never do. From impersonating Taylor Swift to copying Michael Jackson‘s iconic dance routines, these kids’ uncanny impressions are just too cute.
1. This 7-year-old does an amazing impression of pop star Taylor Swift.
The little performer, who appeared on the Philippine TV show Your Face Sounds Familiar: Kids, blew everyone away with her uncanny performance of Taylor’s hit, “You Belong With Me.”
2. This little boy can do martial arts like a tiny Bruce Lee.
Six-year-old Ryusei “Ryuji” Imai from Japan wowed everyone with this seriously impressive martial arts routine that was featured on an episode of Little Big Shots.
3. This 10-year-old did a perfect impersonation of Michael Jackson’s “Dangerous.”
This dance routine by Đăng Khoa, which was featured on an episode of Vietnam’s Got Talent, went viral back in 2016. The pint-sized dancer impressed everyone with his step-by-step recreation of Michael’s 1995 VMA performance.
4. This teenaged Motown lover can do a mean James Brown.
Nathaniel Cullors did an uncanny impression of James Brown on the TV talent show Little Big Shots, complete with James’ trademark cape and feet work. If you want more from Nathaniel, check out his performance of The Jackson 5’s “Who’s Lovin You.”
5. This 8-year-old can do Elvis impressions like a pro.
Appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Finley’s tribute performance of “Blue Suede Shoes” was one fit for “the king.”
6. This amazing cover of Hank Williams Jr’s “Jambalaya” was done by a 4-year-old.
Although this video is old and the quality is poor, it’s one of the most watched videos for a reason. Hunter Hayes, who was only 4-year-old at the time, does a stunning, nearly pitch perfect rendition of the country classic, complete with accordion! And if you’re wondering what Hunter is up to now, he’s now 25 and making music (obviously).
7. This 4-year-old can emote just like Bruno Mars.
Little Kai Langer’s performance of “Grenade” went viral three years ago, and the success has taken him to places like The Ellen Degeneres Show to even meeting his idol, Bruno himself!
8. This little boy does a perfect Adam Levine impression.
Justin Alva, who appeared on the Philippine TV show Your Face Sounds Familiar: Kids, did the perfect impersonation of The Voice judge, down to even his beard stubble.
9. Second grader channels Johnny Cash in this performance of “Prison Folsom.”
At his second grade talent show, Valor Yost, who’s known as “the kid in black” and was only 7-years-old at the time, did this amazing reedition of the Johnny classic.
