UPDATE (November 16, 2017) — Need to play Santa? Then make time this weekend — in between all those last-minute Thanksgiving errands — for a stop at Target. This weekend’s big deal will save you big bucks on two Christmas must-haves: toys and TVs.

This Saturday, November 18, all toys are 25 percent off. There are some exclusions, including LEGOs, Cards Against Humanity, Joking Hazard game, Exploding Kittens, WellieWishers, Barbie Dream Camper, Barbie Dreamhouse, Hot Wheels Super Ultimate Garage, and Kamigami.

On Sunday, November 19, get 15 percent off all TVs except for LG OLED TVs. Target says this is their best deal on the largest selection of TVs for the entire season.

As you know, Target is announcing its holiday weekend sales (available both online and in stores) every Wednesday during November and December. The company says the discounts this holiday add “up to more value than you’ve ever found before.” We say: Bring it on!

ORIGINAL ARTICLE (November 9, 2017) — Thanksgiving is just two weeks away, and if you need to upgrade your kitchen for the holiday feast, then head to Target this weekend. On November 11 and 12, you can get 25 percent off all kitchen appliances.

There are two ways to score this deal, which includes popular brands such as Kitchen Aid and Cuisinart: You can either get the Target app and download the coupon, or text KITCHEN to TARGET (827438) to receive it via text message.

You can also get 15 percent off all Thanksgiving prep necessities, including disposable tableware and dish soap. This coupon is automatically applied at the register.

These coupons are the first of several weekend deals happening in November and December. Target says they have strategically planned their deals to make for the best shopping experience for its guests. “Why weekends?” Target asks in its release. “That’s when our guests shop most, especially during the holidays (yep, really—twice as many guests shop Target on Saturdays and Sundays than on an average weekday). And we’ve timed each deal just right, so you get exactly what you need at that particular point in the season.”

This isn’t the first holiday announcement Target has made. Just last month, Target detailed their lofty holiday plan, which includes $1 stocking stuffers, 1,400 “new and exclusive” kids toys, and nearly 1,700 gifts that are priced under $15. They also released a new feature called GiftNow. The option allows you to send an email to your friend or family member with their gifts, and they have the option to accept the gift, change the color or size, or pick out a different gift, and Target will ship it right to them. Target has also increased their staff to 400,000 people to accommodate the busy holiday season.

While you’re shopping for kitchen appliances, Thanksgiving essentials, and holiday gifts, don’t forget to check out the new and exciting things to be found at our favorite store, such as Hearth & Hand, a new modern-yet-vintage home decor line by Chip and Joanna Gaines that launched in stores on November 5. And of course, we can’t forget about Target’s $5 wine collection wine collection in five delicious varieties: chardonnay, pinot grigio, moscato, cabernet sauvignon, and a red blend. Perfect for your post-shopping relaxation!

If Target keeps this up, we won’t have any money left after the holidays!
