You Can Now Rent Out Chip and Joanne Gaines’ Texas Vacation Home

ā€˜Fixer Upperā€˜ fans are obsessed with Chip and Joanna Gainesā€™ popular vacation rental spot, Magnolia House. So itā€™s no wonder that the HGTV starsā€™ followers are freaking out over their latest announcement: Reservations are about to open up for their brand-new Texas rental.

No, youā€™re no dreaming. Joanna just announced on her Instagram page that she and Chip are opening a second vacation rental home, named the Hillcrest Estate, and this one is actually in Waco.

ā€œChip and I had so much fun restoring this old Waco icon,ā€ she captioned the Instagram photo. ā€œThis house dates back to 1903 and we definitely kept its old world charm.ā€

Weā€™d say so! The 110-year-old home looks like a dream come true, and thatā€™s before we even got a chance to sneak a peak at the inside. Luckily, Joanna was feeling generous enough to treat us to snapshots of the interior as well ā€” as a teaser leading up to the big announcement. And much like the big news, the photos did not disappoint.

And get this: Chip and Joanna actually first purchased this home more than a year ago, so you know they spent a lot of time making it look extra special for their guests. The previous owners renovated it before they sold it to them, but they wanted to be sure it fell in good hands since it was so old. Good call on their choice!

If you want to get a chance to rent out the Hillcrest Estate, you have to first sign up for the Gainesā€™ newsletter. And then reservations for this fall will open up to newsletter subscribers on August 8 at 9 a.m.

Good luck, but youā€™d better act fast!
