Of course, it’s never quite that simple, with obstacles presented as the game progresses.

Press Your Luck — Returns July 18 on ABC at 8pm

Hosted by actress Elizabeth Banks, Press Your Luck puts three contestants head to head for a chance to win $1 million. As players answer questions, they have a shot to spin on the Big Board, earning them cash prizes that they’re after. However, they must avoid the WHAMMY, or their fortune is gone.

Lucky 13 — Premieres July 18 on ABC at 9pm

This brand new game show, hosted by actress Gina Rodriguez and Shaquille O’Neal , with Kevin Bacon serving as executive producer, gives the standard game show format a twist. Contestants will have to answer 13 true or false questions, but how confident they are in their answers makes things complicated.

“Just how well do they know what they know…and, just as importantly, how well do they know what they don’t know?,” said an ABC press release.

Let’s Make a Deal Primetime— Returns August 7 on CBS at 8pm

Let’s Make a Deal Primetime, hosted by Wayne Brady, returns on August 7 for a brand new dose of game show fun.
