Tina Claypool, Pharm.D., CDCES,
Tina Claypool, Pharm.D., CDCES, seeks to bridge the gap between patient and pharmacist through continuing education and support of the patient. Tina has been with UofL Health for 25 years.
She graduated from Murray State University and earned her degree in pharmacy from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. She started her career at Lourdes Hospital before eventually becoming a clinical pharmacist at UofL Hospital. Currently, she serves as the residency program director for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program at UofL Hospital and helps train more than 10 residents every year.
