Tyra Banks Shares First Photo of Her Baby, 16 Months After His Birth

Everyone’s been buzzing about Tyra Banks’ baby ever since the supermodel welcomed her son York with boyfriend Erik Asla back in January 2016 via gestational surrogate. And it’s not hard to see why; it was clearly an emotional experience for the star. We have to admit, it was hard not to tear up while watching her talk about her immense appreciation for surrogacy in the heartwarming video below.

But one question Tyra Banks fans could not get out of their heads was, “Where is the baby picture?” After all, when announcing her son’s arrival, she only gifted us with a partial shot of his head. And since then, we have received minimal clues as to what the little angel looked like. Now, after 16 long months of waiting, we all finally get to see a full photo of Tyra Banks’ baby for the first time. And he’s totally adorable, of course.

The 43-year-old star shared a picture of 16-month-old York on her Instagram page, with an incredibly sweet Father’s Day message in the caption: “To all the amazing daddies out there that love their kids unconditionally like my mommy’s daddy and my daddy, too … HAPPY FATHER’S DAY! -York.”

York Banks Asla, welcome to the world.”
