Céline Dion’s Sons Made the Sweetest Video for Mother’s Day
Céline Dion’s heart was definitely going on this Mother’s Day. With a Mother’s Day gift like the one her children gave her, there’s no question about it.
Her 16-year-old son René-Charles and her 6-year-old twins Eddy and Nelson took to Instagram on the holiday to publicly wish their superstar mom a wonderful day of celebration.
“Happy Mother’s Day mom, we love you very much,” Réne-Charles said, while sitting in between his adorable younger brothers.

He then repeated the short but sweet message in French.
Céline Dion’s team shared the video on the singer’s social media page, writing, “Céline gets a surprise message from her 3 boys! Happy Mother’s Day!”
Too sweet for words! And it comes at the perfect time for the icon.
We know Céline has leaned on her sons for support in the year following her beloved husband René Angélil’s tragic death. As she revealed last month, she sleeps with her young twins every night to find comfort and to cope.
“I organize myself to not feel lonely,” she said. “So I got myself a huge, huge, huge bed and I sleep with my twins. They are comforting me a lot. I need them. I need them close.”
In her grief, she’s also found a way for the little ones to communicate with their daddy after his death.
“We kiss him every night,” she said. “We have a little ritual where we say goodnight to him with a little picture. Then the kids talk to him. And they write words, put them in balloons and we send the balloons to the sky.”

As much as she appreciates the love and support of her children, we know they equally appreciate the love and support that she has to give them—even in the most challenging of times.
