For all of us who are struggling to lose weight, seeing a celebrity weight loss transformation and knowing that they have fought a similar battle with the scale can be a source of inspiration and motivation. And no matter how glamorous their lives may seem, watching our favorite stars go through those familiar ups and downs can be extremely comforting when we find ourselves lacking hope, hitting a plateau or having fallen off the weight loss wagon altogether.
