It’s been 10 years since the first iteration of the cult-loved Instant Pot was unleashed on the world via Amazon, changing our kitchens — and our way of cooking — forever. With the ability to pressure cook, slow cook, cook rice, steam and warm, this revolutionary device become a hit. It went on to spawn more than 10 different subsequent models and remains among the retail giant’s best-sellers to this day. Now, innovator Robert Wang is ready to introduce you to the next evolution of his brand’s ever-expanding line: the Instant Pot Zen Electric Kettle ($101.24, Amazon).

As you might expect from a brand known for doing all the things, this little beauty goes above and beyond your run-of-the-mill electric kettle with plenty of extra features.

For starters, you can bring water to a piping hot 212 degrees Fahrenheit in a matter of minutes with its easy-to-use, one-touch “quick-boil” button.

Of course, you can also always choose your temperature, with a setting range that spans from 105 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s good news for tea connoisseurs, who know that different types of tea are meant to be brewed at different temperatures, with more delicate leaves, such as green tea, requiring cooler water than say, a robust black tea, to fully enhance its natural flavor.

You won’t have to waste a moment reheating your water, either, since the Instant Pot kettle has a vacuum-insulated, double-walled design that will keep your water hot for up to an impressive two hours.

Naturally, it also has an automatic shut-off, so you won’t have to worry if you happen to leave it on while jetting out of the house in a hurry. Oh. And did we mention there’s also a spill-proof lid that will keep you from burning yourself when you’re making your morning French press?

Customers are already going nuts for this thing, with one writing, “There are a lot of cheaper kettles out there, but this is by far worth the investment if you are a frequent kettle user … one of my favorite features is that the outside isn’t hot to the touch at all (extra perfect when you have toddlers in the house!)”

Wrote another: “The reason to get this versatile kettle is because of the safety. The housing is insulated, so the exterior won’t heat up to burn anyone. In a house with people in a smaller kitchen, lots of kids, or visitors who aren’t used to hot kettles, this safety feature is priceless. Plus, the water stays warmer longer.”

If we had to bet, we’d be willing to guess that the Instant Pot Zen will be selling out in no time, so grab yours while you still can!
