Where there’s a holiday, there’s bound to be some great sales afoot, and Presidents’ Day is no exception. In fact, this weekend marks one of the years’ biggest shopping events, with some of the best discounts you’re likely to see on must-have items for the home, such as mattresses, furniture, appliances, and more.

When do Presidents’ Day sales start?

With Presidents’ Day falling on February 17th this year, the deals have already begun to roll in, meaning you can get your shop on and save big right now.

You’ll want to act fast, however, as many of these deals won’t stick around too long, ending on the actual holiday. We’ve listed the end dates for as many sales as we could find in our roundup to ensure you don’t miss out on that new Instant Pot ($59.99, Bloomingdale’s) or über-cozy mattress ($259, Macy’s) while it’s still up for grabs.

The Best President’s Day Sales

With so many of our favorite stores, including Macy’s and Wayfair, getting in on the Presidents’ Day fun, the best sales will depend on what you’re shopping for. If you’re looking for items for the family, Target is a great place to start, since the retailer is offering up 25 percent off baby gear and 20 percent of kids’ clothing. Those seeking appliances, on the other hand, can head over to Sears, where the selection is 40 percent off, with an extra 10 percent off for cardholders on items priced at $399 or more. Macys
