Savory cheese and crispy roasted garlic give this hearty vegetable a touch of elegance decadence.
- 8 c broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1/4 c shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 400°F.
Line rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray. Arrange broccoli in single layer on baking sheet; toss with oil, garlic, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Roast 20 min, stirring once.
Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until cheese melts. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
