This lean roast gets amazing flavor from our tangy-sweet glaze, ensuring a winning start to a memorable meal.
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, mix sage, marjoram, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper, and 1/8 tsp. salt; rub all over pork. Coat ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook, 5−7 min. or until browned on all sides, turning occasionally.
Transfer skillet to oven. Roast 8−10 min. or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 145°F. Let rest 10 min. before slicing. In bowl, whisk syrup and vinegar; drizzle over pork just before serving.
Easy variation: Substitute 1 tsp. smoked paprika for the sage and marjoram in the spice rub.
